| Abstract: |
| Leaching process under pressure is applied to the residue,which is from the circuits of iron removal and precipitation of sulfurized on the leached solutions after leaching cobalt-crust in activated sulfuric acid solutions.The influencing factors such as temperatures,oxygen partial pressure,as well as acid concentrations and ratio of liquid to solid etc,have been investigated,where the leaching parameters have been determined,and both the corresponding extracting rate of nickel and cobalt are over 99.8%,whilst copper extracting rate is over 98%,and the nickel,cobalt and copper in the mixed leached solutions can be separated in the further process of extraction into the pure solutions containing individual metal ions. |
