| Abstract: |
| New process flow of the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker(T-ZnOw) is investigated and expert device is designed in this paper.Zinc vapour is formed with zinc pig volatizes in the device and T-ZnO_w is formed in the reaction furnace with oxidation.The effect of air quantity and zinc concentration on forming T-ZnO_w whisker is analyzed. |
