| Abstract: |
| There are several problems in the aluminum liquid distributor which used in 20 kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machines,such as,the design of the casting tube is not reasonable,the surface quality declines by means of employ French chalk to prevent gluing aluminum,and the life-span reduces because of inner wall of distributor is eroded by the aluminum liquid.The measurements about improving structure of casting tube and applying ceramic coating in inner wall of the distributor are proposed,which are propitious to improving the surface quality of aluminum ingot and life-span of the distributor. |
