| Abstract: |
| The large single spiculate ZnO was prepared by vapor oxidizing method. The regular figure of ZnO has the lengths of 25 mm and diameters of about 0.8 mm.Influence of air,carrier gas-N_2,volatilizing temperature of Zn,and reactive temperature on the quality of the ZnO were discussed.A preliminary growth mechanism of the ZnO was studied. |
