| Abstract: |
| The effect of Na~+,F~- and shear force etc.on a moderately thermoacidophilic iron-oxidizing bacterial strain was investigated.Several conclusions were drawn as follows:F restrains the bacteria remarkably, the bacteria has a great ability of tolerance in high osmotic pressure solution, which can adapt to 3.0g/L NaCl, shear force also restrains the bacteria, the larger the granularity is and the smaller the effect will; The growth period is nearly one day with 1% inoculums. |
