| Abstract: |
| By using the heat-transfer mathematic model,the influence of technological parameters such as material of the roll ring,pouring temperature and casting speed,etc.on solidification rate and the possible way of raising further production of caster have been analyzed systematically.Then,for steel and copper alloy as material of roll ring,the formulas of solidification shell thickness versus time were developed. |
