| Abstract: |
| YPSZ nanostructure particles are prepared by spray drying and heat treatment using nanostructure particle slurry,which is used for thermal spraying. The fabricating process and mechanics are analyzed by means of SEM and TG-DTA. The theory of fabricating YPSZ nanostructure particles is claimed and then the model of this processing is presented. |
