| Abstract: |
| Ni60/WC composite coating is prepared using advanced AC-HVAF spray on 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel.The microstructures,sliding wear and erosion wear resistance are investigated.The results show that the coating consists of Fe-Ni solid solution and Cr_(0.19)Fe_(0.7)Ni_(0.11),WC,M_6C(Ni_2W_4C or Fe_3W_3C),Cr_(26)C_3,CrB_2 etc. phases,W_2C and W phases are not discovered;the coating is well combined with the 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel,the porosity rate is about 2.5%;WC,M_6C(Ni_2W_4C or Fe_3W_3C),Cr_(26)C_3,CrB_2 phases distribute on the coating dispersedly,some phases can reach 200 nm to 800 nm;the coating has good erosion wear resistance.Applying this coating to repair a vane of gas turbine engine,the coating is good after used for three months of flood season. |
