Abstract:
      The resistant high temperature abrasion coating is prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel sprayed spheroid sintered Cr_3C_2-25%NiCr composite powder.Microscopic structure of powder and coating are researched through scanning electronic microscope(SEM).Image processing software is used to analysis porosity of coating.Bond strength and surface hardness of coating and friction wear testing are carried out to measure coating's mechanical property.Results indicate that sintering state of powder,chromium carbide size and powder size effect the mechanical property of coating.KF-70 coating have top of bond strength and surface hardness.
