| Abstract: |
| Self-lubricating wear resistant coating is prepared by plasma spraying using chromium carbide, nickel chrome,fluoride-metal,and silver composite materials.Scanning electron morphology(TEM) is used to analyze the morphology of composite materials and self-lubricating coating. In addition, the friction property is also measured.Experimental results show that decarbonization and loss on ignition are decreased through wetting action of nickel chrome to chromium carbide and cladding of silver to fluoride-metal.Compared to international selflubricating wear resistant coating, the coating is lower porous, well distribution of component, and lower friction coefficient. |
