| Ring-shaped bonded magnets were prepared using melt-spun FeCuNbSiB amorphous thin ribbons by two kinds of methods.One is that FeCuNbSiB amorphous ribbons were crystallized and crystallized ribbons were shattered to powder of different particle size,magnetic powder and adhesive were mixed,by bonding method, ring-shaped bonded magnets were prepared in different pressure.The other is that the amorphous ribbons were shattered to magnetic powder of different particle size directly;the powder was crystallized and mixed with adhesive to prepare bonded magnets.Influences of magnetic particle size and formation pressure on magnetic properties of bonded magnets were analyzed.Magnetic properties of two kinds of magnets were contrasted.The results reveal that the bonded magnets prepared by the first one were superiority to the other. |
