| Abstract: |
| A new kind of the sintered wear-resisting and heat-resisting deposit welding rod which has perfect processing property is produced and studied by cold-cementing extrusion process.The microstructure,thermal corrosion-resisting and high temperature oxidation-resisting of the welding layers have been studied.The results show that the average Rockwell hardness of the layer is 55.7,the erasibility of the layer is 1.28.It indicates that the rod has perfect processing properties and has better high temperature oxidation-resisting property than that of the base metal. |
