| By analyzing the results of phase,copper loss in slag from electric furnace is studied in Jinlong.Particularly the effect of Fe3O4 content in slag and Fe/SiO2 on copper loss is investigated on the basis of operational data in Jinlong in the past years.Combined with numerical simulation and operational experience in Smelters inside and outside China,An operational style called Oxy-potential Grads Smelting process and the controlling methods of reducing copper loss are put forward. |
