Abstract:
      A process of preparing low iron zinc has been studied.The process includes: leaching zinc calcine with ammonia and ammonium chloride solution,purifying with two stage cross-flow and zinc electrowinning.In leaching stage,iron,germanium,silicon,arsenic,antimony and lead remained to stay at residue,but zinc,copper,cadmium dissolved.The average leaching ratio of zinc is 90.82% and total recovery ration of zinc is 89.44%.The impurities of copper,cadmium,antimony,arsenic,nickel,cobalt,lead and iron in zinc are lower than 0.0002%.
