| Abstract: |
| The nanometer-size In2O3 is produced by surface-coated and ultrasonic radiation base on paralled flow precipitation process. The factors such as, composing of bottom liquid, speed of stirring, category of dispersant, dryness and calcine condition of precursor, ultrasonic radiation on the preparation of nanome- ter-size In2O3, are analyzed. The sharp and granularity of precursor and nanometer-size In2O3 was characterized by XRD, TEM, IR and TG/DTA. The results show that nanometer-size In203 is spheroidal; granularity is well-distributed and arrow-dispersed, the average diameter size is 80 nm. |
