| Abstract: |
| Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(B16),tolerating low pH(pH=1.6),is separated from Shazhouba uranium ore by utilizing 9K culture medium and then is repeatedly domesticated,that B16 can adapt ore culture medium and acidification liquid.Thereby it is confirmed that cultivating thiobacillus ferrooxidans is feasible by ore acidification liquid instead of 9K culture medium. |
