Abstract:
Zinc oxide nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method using oxalic acid and zinc acetate as starting material. The influence of differeht kinds and content of surfactants on the particle size and shape of ZnO was studied. ZnO powder was determined by IR, SEM, TG and XRD. The results show that sodium lauryl sulphate and PEG6000 can effective disperse grain and control grain growing. The ZnO powder was pure, narrow-dispersed size distribution and good crystal, the average size was 80 nm.
