| Abstract: |
| The factors in the process of high concentration sinter leaching were studied in detail. The results indicate that factors which have profound influence on the SiO2 and Al2O3 concentration of pregnant liquor are mainly the ratio of liquor to solid, temperature, time, alumina concentration as well as SiO2 concentration during the high concentration leaching. However, sodium carbonate and free caustic alkali concentration as well as sodium sulfate have no remarkable effect on it, comparing alumina concentration, they are the secondary factors. Secondary reaction may reduce to a lower level after making the major effect param- eters of the process of the high concentration leaching under control. |
