| Abstract: |
| Reticulated Ni-Mo foams were prepared through polyurethane as framework by four step method consisting of coating electrolysis, electrodeposition, pyrogenation and hydrogen reducing. The morphology, relationship between compositions of bath and compositions of deposits, tensile strength, salt spray corrosion and antioxidation of alloys foam in high temperature were investigated. The results show that the Mo content in alloys foam increase with the increase of concentration of Na2MoO4, Ni-Mo foams have excellent properties such as even struts, good salt spray corrosion resistance and good oxidation resistance.Anticorrosion in salt spray corrosion experiments and antioxidation in high temperature improved the increasing of Mo content. |
