| Abstract: |
| Aimed to the problem of inner wall sluggish of reaction shaft in copper flash smelting, adopting to finite differential method, the mathematical model and simulation system for furnace wall temperature field of reaction shaft under three-dimensional circular cylindrical coordinates and its inner wall sluggish are established based on the heat transmission theory and the process mechanics of growth and decline of reaction shaft sluggish. Besides, both the influence of water jacket space to furnace wall temperature field distributing and the influence of gas temperature to the sluggish thickness distributing of inner wall are simulated and the results are in agreement with the real conditions. The simulation system has certain reference value to the allocation and design of cooling component of the furnace body and the optimizing control of processing parameters. |
