| Abstract: |
| The experiment alloys were prepared by the conventional ingot metallurgy method.By means of tensile properties measurement,observation of metallographic,SEM and TEM,the effects of Er on the microstructure and properties of 5083 alloy were investigated.The results show that some massive compounds were formed by the addition of Er in the course of crystallization.The massive compounds were adverse to the properties of 5083 alloy. |
