| Thermodynamic analysis for pure titanium by Chemical Vapor Transport(CVT) is made.The effect of the deposition rate of Ti of the steam pressure of halide in reaction system has been studied.The temperature of source and deposition area is given.As well as the vapour pressure of halide in reaction system for the best deposition rate of pure titanium is given. |
