| Normal tungsten powder,nano tungsten powder and nano tungsten podwer doped with Sc2O3 were used to prepare dispenser cathode.The microstructure was studied by SEM and mercury intrusion poremeasurement(MIP).The emission characteristics were researched in water-cooled anode diode.The result shows that nano-tungsten cathode has smaller pore than the routine cathode,and the emission current density is 4.6 A/cm2,which is higher than that of the routine cathode(4.13 A/cm2).The cathode prepared by mechanical mixin... |
