| Ultra-fine zirconium dioxide(ZrO_2) powders were prepared by polymer network method based on principle of free-radical polymerization of organic monomers with zirconium oxychloride as starting material.The ultra-fine powder was treated by spray drying method.The spray dried powder were further treated by plasma spheroidization.The physical property of the powders were analyzed.The apparent density,flow rate and surface smoothness of nano-zirconia were improved. |
