| Abstract: |
| Tungsten coatings have been deposited via atmospheric(APS) and vacuum plasma spraying (VPS),and then their morphology, oxygen content, thermal conductivity, bonding strength and thermal shock resistance were investigated. The results show that there was oxidation phenomenon observed for the APS W coating, while no oxide was found in the VPS W coating. As compared with the APS W coating, the VPS W coating has a more compact microstructure and less impurity content, resulting in higher thermal conductivity and bette... |
