| A kind of Fe-based alloy powder(containing Cr,Mo,Ni,P,B,Si) with high glass formation ability (GFA) was deposited on Q235 steel and stainless steel by plasma spraying technique.The structure of as-sprayed coatings was characterized by metallographic microscopy,XRD and SEM.A dense and homogeneous coatings with high fraction of amorphous phase was obtained,which was composed of deformed strip shaped particles,un-melted particles and oxides.It was found that the coating was well bonded with substrate.The Fe-ba... |
