| Abstract: |
| Globular yttria powders for thermal spraying were prepared by spray drying and sintering process.Effects of preparation of slurry and the manner of spray drying on powder performance were investigated. The globular powders were prepared by centrifugal spray drying and pressure spray drying,respectively. It is demonstrated that the powders prepared by wet method and pressure spray drying can be used for thermal spraying with loose density 1.51 g/cm~3 and liquidity 52.19 s/50g. |
