Abstract:
The storage energy of mechanically activated pyrites was investigated during the process of mechanical activation using an independently developed mechanochemical calorimeter. The results indicate that the maximal storage energy on wet grinding is 361.5 J/g,the activating efficiency is 20.5%;the maximal storage energy on dry grinding is 338.3 J/g,the activating efficiency is 16.1%.Laser granularity analysis and XRD results show that the particle size of pyrites is decreased and the microstructure is changed ...
