| Nickel is extracted from certain nickel sulfide ore's gaugue by magnetic dressing,and nickel sulfide concentrate is obtained.Low matte is obtained by smelting processing this concentrate.In addition,the effects of the magnetic intensity,smelting temperature,smelting time,the ratio of flux on nickel recovery rate are discussed in detail.The results show that the nickel recovery rate is evidently affected by smelting temperature.Under the optimum process condition,nickel recovery rate is 97.90% and nickel con... |
