Abstract:
The extraction conditions of tellurium were discussed using tellurium-bearing residue from copper anode slime as raw materials. The effect of leaching time, temperature, dosage of potassium permanganate and pH on tellurium extracting rate were investigated through orthogonal experiment and factor experiment. The results show that the optimum leaching condition is that leaching time of 4 h, temperature of 70 ℃, the dosage of potassium permanganate of 0.8%, pH=1.6. Under above conditions, the tellurium leaching rate was 92.15%.
