| The optimal condition of the hydrategarnet hydro-treatment is investigated and the influencing factors are described, such as CO2 concentration, measures of CO2 addition, times of decomposition, retention time, temperature, ratio of liquid/solid and alkali liquor to aluminate etc. Prolonging of reaction time, increasing hydro-treatment times, adequate measures of CO2 addition and the optimal temperature range are favorable to the transformation of the hydrate garnet. Variation of CO2 concentration and L/S ratio are of little influence on the hydro-treatment. It is indicated that in the process of decomposition of hydrategarnet, the the compound containing silica is transformed into calcium hydrate silicate which exists in stability in caustic solution, and compound containing alumina into aluminum hydroxide which appears in a good reactivity in caustic solution. The optimal parameters for the transformation are 8%~10% CO2 concentration, 2h reaction time, 5~10 L/S ratio, 50℃ temperature and three times treatment. |
