| Abstract: |
| The bright yellow tetragonal BiVO4 nano-powder is prepared by direct combustion method with Bi(NO3)3?5H2O and NH4VO3 as raw materials and citric acid as reductant, and the products are characterized by means of XRD, TEM, IR, BET, BJH and UV-Vis. The results show that the high purity and crystallinity BiVO4 is obtained after roasting precursor at 400oC for 2h and the particle diameter is between 6 and 12nm and specific surface area is 70.8052m2/g. It is indicated that the best calcinating condition is for 2h under 400℃ and the tetragonal BiVO4 prepared nder this condition is also of the catalytic property. |
