| Abstract: |
| The effect of feeding tube height on flow field, particle size and temperature distribution is investigated by the simulation of double-layer atomizer with computational fluid dynamic software Fluent. According to the simulation results, feeding tube height 6mm is the optimal value, the flow field structure is the best and the particle size is the least. The particles breakup process is summarized in atomization based on the results. It is helpful to double-layer atomizer designing and mechanism researching. |
