| Abstract: |
| In order to recycle molybdenum comprehensively, solvent extraction process for Mo separation from solution contained high concentration of Si and Fe in N235-kerosene system was investigated. The effecting factors on Mo extraction were discussed. The results show that over 95% extraction rate of Mo could be gained and effective separation of Mo, Fe and Si under the following optimum conditions using 20% N235+10% sec-octyl octanol +70% kerosene extraction system: equilibrium time of 3~5 min, acidity of 5~20 g/L, countercurrent extraction series of 4~5, phase ratio of O/A=1/2~1/4. |
