| Abstract: |
| An oxidative pressure leaching process to extract gold from the refractory gold sulfide concentrate with alkaline thiocyanate solution was proposed. An L16(45) standard orthogonal array was employed to evaluate the effects of amount of alkali, sodium thiocyanate concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, and oxygen pressure on gold leaching percentage. The result shows that reaction temperature is the most significant factor affecting gold leaching. The extraction percentage of gold can reach 95.29% with the optimum conditions of NaSCN concentration 2.0 mol/L, 0.8 times of the theoretical alkali amount, and oxygen pressure 1.2 MPa at 180 ℃ for 8 hours. |
