Abstract:
      The thermodynamic characteristics of synthesizing barium aluminate using barium salt of desulfurization slag were analyzed, and the optimum conditions in the reaction process were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal synthesis conditions for the roasting time was 80 min, the roasting temperature was 1 400 ℃ and molecular proportion of Al2O3/BaO was 1.1. The efficiency of synthesis was 96%, the synthesized barium aluminate could be used as desulfuratingagent for cycling utilization, and the rate of desulfurization was 80%.
