Modeling for Inlet Pressure of Primary Dynamic Wave in Sulfuric Acid Production from Waste Gas

Abstract:
      The whole process and basic working principle of gas purification were introduced, and the control system structure of inlet pressure of primary dynamic wave was designed in accordance with the actual situation and controlled aim. The mechanism models of all parts were obtained. The unknown parameters of system models were identified by least square method via actual data, and then the main control channel model and the interference channel model can be obtained by ways of block-integrated modeling and piecewise linear approximation. The accuracy and effectiveness of the models are validated by the actual data.
