Abstract:
Orthogonal experimental method was used to study Ni、Cr and Zn on mechanical properties of Al-7.5Si-3.5Cu-0.35Mg hypoeutectic cast Al-Si alloy. The cast structure of adding micro-alloying was observed and analyzed with SEM and EDX. The results show that the best ratio of orthogonal experimental is Ni0.02Cr0.03Zn0.2. In the cast structure, Ni, Cr and Zn alloying elements come into complicated white short-rod-like and granular ω phase, counteracting the harmful effect of Fe, and impede dislocation movement in alloy tensile deformation, and has a certain strengthening effect on the alloy substrate.
