| Abstract: |
| The 5Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode was developed by classical powder metallurgical technique. The corrosion behaviors of NiFe2O4-based inert anodes in Na3AlF6-K3AlF6 melts were investigated. The results show that the anode had corrosion phenomenon in micro-morphology. Cell voltage fluctuated remarkably during electrolysis. The equilibrium concentration of Fe, Ni, and Cu were 150×10-6, 42×10-6 and 40×10-6, respectively, and the corrosion rate was lower than that in tradition electrolysis conditions. |
