Abstract:
Rare earth-bearing phosphorous concentrate was leached by sulfuric acid, the enrichment and leaching rate of rare earth in phosphoric acid solution and plaster lotion were studied. The results show that under the conditions including excessive coefficient of sulfuric acid of 1.03, ratio of liquid on solid of 3.5∶1, leaching time as 3 h, leaching temperature of 75 ℃ , and after two plaster washing process, the concentration of P2O5 in phosphoric acid solution could reach 280 g/L, the SREO concentration could enrich to 340 mg/L, and the leaching rate of P2O5 and SREO is 92.46% and 31.76%, respectively.
