| Abstract: |
| A coupling model was established based on qualitative analysis of material and energy flow in the production process, employing the production technology of Shuikoushan (SKS) lead smelting process and the theory and method of system energy consumption. Besides, based on the production data of some SKS lead smelting corporations, the influences of changes of three kinds of energy flow on the energy consumption per ton of lead were analyzed in details and the current energy conservation potential was 117.42 kgce/t. From the perspective of material flow, increasing external material flow, reducing cycling material flow and reducing discharged material flow are required to reduce the energy consumption per ton lead. From the perspective of energy flow, the energy of the production should be used in the next process as much as possible for prompt and reasonable heat and energy recovery. |
