Abstract:
The sintering temperature of nepheline limestone was studied, sintering mechanism was analyzed, and the loss of radionuclide in the course of sintering was investigated. The curves of Al2O3 solubility and volume shrinkage rare vs. temperature were obtained. The results show that the sintering temperature range is 1267~1 350 ℃ accompanied by a small amount of Na2O, K2O volatilization. This volatilization behavior has no effect on nuclides equilibrium because those volatized products will return to materials preparing process and be recovered in the product of sinter.
