Abstract:
Four impurity elements (As, Sb, Bi, Pb) had been investigated for one year based on the quarter input and output of copper smelting with the south, north and whole plant as a unit. The results show that the input and output rate of As, Sb, Bi, Pb is 1.047 8, 0.852 2, 0.990 0, 0.937 8, respectively. Four impurity elements are mainly enriched in FF dust, CF slag, white dust, EF slag, copper and arsenic bearing filter cake, and black copper sludge. The impurity elements carried by cold copper materials account for 15%~25% of those carried by copper concentrate.
