| Abstract: |
| In multi-metal silver concentrate, silver was existed in galena and sphalerite in form of solid solution. It was difficult to direct cyaniding because of low leaching rate of Ag and Au (Ag<10%, Au<50%). Therefore, pretreatment should be taken to increase the leaching rate of Ag and Au. The results show that ammonia leaching-cyaniding or ammonia leaching-acidic delead-cyaniding pretreatment process on multi-metal ore concentrate containing Au, Ag, Cu, Zn, Pb could obtain better performance. Cu and Zn leaching rate is up to 99% and 93.8%, respectively, Pb conversion rate is up to 94.8% after ammonia leaching in conditions of 85~100 ℃, 0.2 MPa oxygen partial pressure. The cyaniding leaching rates of Au and Ag are up to 98% and 99% respectively in subsequent cyaniding process. |
