| Abstract: |
| New technology of molybdenum metallurgy is to produce new steelmaking molybdenum product and sulphur product by decomposition of molybdenite in the conditions of vacuum and high temperature. These technologies can eliminate the processes of oxidizing roasting and ferromolybdenum smelting, and improve the ecological environment and efficiency of comprehensive utilization of molybdenite. Compared to ferromolybdenum, new steelmaking molybdenum product has the advantages of easily dissolving in molten steel, few harmful impurities, and high concentration and high yield of molybdenum, and is suitable to make clean steel as an alternative of ferromolybdenum. |
