Abstract:
Synergistic extracting of As, Sb and Bi from Cu electrolyte with TBP and N1923 was carried out. The effects of various factors such as concentrations of TBP and N1923, electrolyte acidity, ratio of organic to aqueous phase(O/A), reaction time, and stripping phase ratio were investigated. The results show that the single-stage extraction rate of As, Sb and Bi are 58.01%,53.49% and 68.97% respectively when the organic phase composition is 60% TBP 25% N1923 5% isooctanol 10% sulfonated kerosene, O/A is 3, reaction time is 4 minutes. The single-stage water stripping rate of As is 53.61% with O/A=2. The single-stage stripping rate of Sb and Bi are 58.63% and 79.46% respectively with 50 g/L stripping agent, 1 mol/L H2SO4 and O/A=2.
