| Abstract: |
| Tin concentrate was electric smelted using “two step smelting” process, it could shorten the flow path, reduce input cost and improve economic benefits. The plant practice of dosing, smelting and operating of this process were introduced in detail. The main production index is: tin direct recovery rate of 96.3%~98.9%, total tin recovery rate of 98.8%~99.5%, tin content in slag of 0.2%~2.9%, power consumption of per ton ore of 779~1 099 kWh. |
