| Abstract: |
| A new technology for ultra pure MoS2 preparation was proposed. The 3N pure MoS2 powder was produced by the following processes including oil removing in vacuum condition, leaching with hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and chloride, washing with pure water, filtrating, drying, vacuum post-treating and refining. During leaching process, heated reaction device runs in a microwave field, which can accelerate leaching velocity and improve leaching efficiency. This new technology has been applied in industrial production. |
