| Abstract: |
| The properties of high-silicon steel and rapid quenching ribbon were modified by means of alloying. The effect of Aluminum, Boron, Niobium and other elements on microstructure, mechanical properties and magnetic properties were investigated with OM, XRD and VSM. The results show that the obdurability of casting is improved after alloying. In rapid quenching ribbon, Al element increases its grain size and enhances the texture direction of {100} and {114}<221>while reduces the permeability and magnetic hysteresis loss. |
