| Abstract: |
| The titanium solution leached by sulfuric acid was prepared, and the effects of hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature and titanium concentration on hydrolysis rate were studied with single and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the factors sequenced according to the significant level were hydrolysis temperature, titanium concentration and hydrolysis time, respectively. The optimum hydrolysis conditions include hydrolysis temperature of 95 ℃, titanium concentration of 110 g/L, hydrolysis time of 210 min, under which, the hydrolysis rate reaches 97.12%, meeting the requirement of industrial production. |
